'Beautiful hotel but staff can be more welcoming. The female staff was incredibly friendly and warm, while the male staff was much less friendly. The male waiter mentioned happy hour but didnt bother to explain that this only included sodas and 1 cocktail which made it feel like a scam. We left the key to have our room cleaned but this wasnt done upon return. We had higher expectations for a rather expensive stay.'

'Heel fijn en mooi verblijf. De hutjes zijn ruim en schoon met een leuk zitje en een buiten douche. Zeer fijn zwembad en een goed restaurant. Echt een aanrader'

'This super convenient hotel was a delight and a surprise. Very clean updated and right off the Pan American Highway. Excellent room and the industrial scale but home cooked goodness of the fonda downstairs just perfect. We will 100% plan on staying here every trip.'

'The online 1-star rating is not really justified. Although basic, this place is worth the $55 fee. The Hotels.com experience is to be avoided, they overcharged on the rate. The room was basic, the bed below average, but seeing the many species and number of sea birds in the early morning is a treat. The dirt driveway to the site is a biet of a pain.'
