'Good for the money'

'This is one of the best B&B's I and my wife have stayed. The walk in shower is truly amazing and has a door that opens out into the private porch area and hot tub. The breakfast is really delightful and plentiful. The hosts are great people and they will leave you in peace if that is what you want. We chose to visit with them and had pleasant conversation. We highly staying here you want peace and tranquility. It is such a lovely gem in the woods! '

'Such a charming farmhouse getaway!! We spent most of our time poolside which was breezy & sunny for most of the daylight hours. The pool is very clean & clear with fountains and lights that added a nice ambience to our view and serenity. I loved the 2 sunken pool chairs nestled between fountains on the pool deck. 'We made a last minute booking to get away for a couple nights. So glad we chose this place! Everything was perfect. Hot tub was awesome and so were the sunsets. Stocked kitchen with most tools you’d need to prepare meals. Coffee pod maker with all the pods. We had our small dog with us and the totally fenced in yard was so helpful. 10/10 would stay again.'

'Very quiet and peaceful. We liked sitting down by the water with the fire pit going watching the geese. The home is a lake cabin with comfortable amenities. Nothing fancy, just the things you need. '

'The Pine Grove Cottage is a great escape to enjoy being in the country and fishing a private lake! The inside is clean and beds comfortable! We caught lots of small bass, but my husband lost a couple of big ones. We enjoyed the town if Winnsboro that was close by, good restaurants and shopping! Paula is a great host and helpful through our entire stay!'

'Great place for those who want quiet views plus catch-n-release fishing. Host is friendly and helpful. Nice view of lake with lots of birds. Surrounded by trees with lots of shade. Apartment is above a garage with great views and a table for sitting. A/C works well. Small kitchen has the basics including a stove, sink, refrigerator and of course a coffee maker.'
