'So, there was marshmallow or something on the remote. The phone was filthy. The shampoo was empty, lotion also empty. There was a broken lamp shade, and onlt 1 light was working. The shower door does not close, the robe hanger in the bathroom out of wall. Toilet paper holder broken. Carpet and couch looks like a cat clawed it and cuties filthy. I did get a partial refund.'

'This property was ok. We had a room on the bottom floor and took the stairs down because we were told there was no elevator, but we were not told there is a walk in, no stairs door on the end. The staff seemed put out when we asked questions, except for the male front desk person. We overheard staff arguing at breakfast about schedules. Otherwise it was ok. The room was clean and the view beautiful and it was very close to the highway, shopping, and food choices.'

'Such a beautiful property outside Walla Walla. Resort was very quiet, staff was friendly and welcoming. Complimentary breakfast was made to order (from a menu selection) and was delicious. Room was cozy, but spacious and had fantastic views. It was chilly and rainy during our stay, but they had a lot of good amenities to use when the weather is more favorable, including a pool, bikes, and paddle boards on their pond. 'There was a kiosk to check in a night. A foreigner from another country was the concierge through the kiosk. It was extremely hard to understand her. I had a reservation and she told said that she couldn’t find it, then later she told me she did. There is no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom only bar soap, there was not breakfasts offer, even though the amenities said breakfasts. The only good thing about this Motel was that it was very clean. That’s all.'

'First of all, it was clean and felt safe. No regrets there. I was traveling with a friend to a convention at the Pendleton Convention Center which requires us to wear formal dresses. The only problem we encountered which is unique to our dress code requirements was there was not a closet in a room with 2 beds, so nowhere to hang our dress bags or dresses up. Als je een slaper bent die gemakkelijk wakker wordt van lawaai vraag je best een kamer aan de overzijde van de gang zodat de kamer niet o0 de sjelweg uitgeeft.'

'A good attempt at breathing some modern life into an old downtown motel. Nothing fancy but all very adequate and affordable. Just don't expect wonders from the little pool in the middle of the parking lot. '

'This hotel was clean and our room was very comfortable. Also, the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative was noise coming from the airport next door. There was a fire in the Pendleton area so the fire helicopters were flying in and out of the airport frequently from early morning until sunset. Also, they were re-paving the airport parking lot which resulted in more noise. This isn't the fault of the hotel but thought it was important to mention possible noise from the airport...

'Room was clean, updated, and generally quiet. Staff had great restaurant recommendations and the evening cookies in the lobby shouldn’t be missed. Location was great very walkable to restaurants, shopping and Safeway. A couple notes regarding our second floor room (3 floor bldg): 1) Shortest toilet we have seen outside a daycare center (a squatty potty?) 2) One of the tallest, unadjustable shower heads we have seen 3) Breakfast buffet was disappointing and omelettes okay but very slow. 'Waren hier maar 1 nacht, op doorreis, maar waren erg tevreden over dit hotel. Grote, luxe kamer waar je het heel wat langer uit kunt houden. Goede service, niets op aan te merken.'
