'Schone, grote kamer met heerlijk groot bed. Ontbijtbuffet gaf veel keus, fruit, sushi, soep, salade, brood, yoghurt. Personeel zeer behulpzaam, motoren konden in de parkeergarage.'

'Great hotel clerk. Helped us w everything. Nice balcony overlookn the busy main street. All quiet at nite. Beds were awesome. Huge and comfy. Bathroom could use an update. But loved the stay'

'Room was very basic and overpriced just because it has a mountain view and on the Ha Giang Loop. We had no hot water on arrival after a long ride on the Ha Giang Loop. The receptionist was good. She tried to get one of her workers to fix it. After over 2 hours, we finally had slightly hot water, better than what we had on arrival. Breakfast was ok. But they dont replenish the buffet so if you arrive late..too bad!'
