« The shower didn't have hot water in the first room they gave me. They quickly moved me to the next room and the shower was always hot and the pressure was good! All the employees were always helpful. I enjoyed the cappuccino and the omelet for breakfast. »

« This hotel was well presented, very safe, and the staff were friendly and professional. They were always willing to help - nothing was too much trouble. I was given room on the sixth (top) floor with a balcony and views looking out over Mt Elgon. It was a stunning view, and the room was very clean and had good amenities. The daily room service was excellent. I was very grateful and happy with my stay at Crane Suites in Kitale, and would go back again in a heart beat. »

« Deep Sea Resort was a great place to stay in Kitale - our family of 4 stayed here for 2 nights when visiting Mt. Elgon National Park (~1 hour away from Kitale). The rooms, dining room and pool were clean (although the rooms smelled a bit musty), the staff was super nice/polite/helpful, the breakfast was delicious (eggs, pancakes, samosa, yams, fresh fruit and coffee) and there is a restaurant for lunch/dinner as well. The bed was fantastic - best night's sleep I have had since I arrived in Kenya...
