Kies je hotel in Town of Yates

'The keyless lock at the front was a little touchy and it took multiple tries sometimes. It’s a 2-step code which can be an issue if your finger isn’t exactly on the right spot. Also no elevator with lots of steps to 2nd floor. Everything else was great.'

'We had a wonderful time, the host was very helpful and friendly. The view of the Lake was beautiful and the many visits to the Golden State Park and Marina were enjoyed by myself and the dogs. We also visited the Yates Town Park which was just down the road a short drive. My husband and son went fishing and came back to a warm and cozy cottage! We loved it!!!'

'Our visit was a lot of fun. The cottage is nicely renovated and the owner was very responsive to my questions. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room to spread out or gather for meals and games at the table. The fire pit was the best part of the grounds as it's next to the lake. I gave the property a 4 for two reasons: there isn't A/C, and unfortunately coming off of a heatwave, the cottage was hot/humid the first night even with 6 fans going and windows open; secondly, I...

'This cottage was just the right size for us. The lakeview was beautiful. The sunsets were amazing! The septic system is shared with neighboring cottages from my understanding which noticeably effected the flushing of the toilet. Check in/out and communication with host was efficient and hassle free. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!!'

'Wonderful cottage and hosts! The only thing that could have been a little more clear in the description is that the access to the water is not easy! A big drop and you have to scale big rocks to get up and down to the water.'

'This property was amazing! Super clean and had everything we needed! Host was amazing and went above and beyond to get us lighting on the first night power outage! Kids brought us over some sparklers for our children, soooo nice of them! They gave us info on good places to see the fireworks and festivities of the weekend! Definitely a very comfy homey environment! Highly recommend this comfy cabin!'

'We had a great time at this property. We were 8 adults, slept comfortably in each room with our own air conditioning. The property has a beautiful view of the lake-great to wake up to each morning. We didn’t feel like we were right on top of the neighbors as well, though they were nice. The main floor has a large kitchen, dinning, and living room space that is all open and connected which was a plus - didn’t feel cramped with 8 of us. And it was stocked with all the kitchen supplies you could...

'Our family had a great day! The home was well-maintained and quite cozy for a family of four. Very close to the water. Had a great experience! Would absolutely recommend this to others.'

'The room smelled like cigarettes. The hotel desperately needs remodeling'

'This hotel was terrible ,very dirty . The Outside just looks ok, run down. The room was dirty, the air conditioner filter were so dirty when we turned it on a bunch of dirt blew out and when we looked at the Filters they have not been cleaned in 6 months or more & were covered in fur, the bath room there was blood and fecal matter by the side of the toilet , there was a ceiling supply fan cover that was dirty should not be there if you have a Ptac heating and cooling wall unit. This place is...

'Was better than last place we stayed when in town.'

'The hotel was renovating, I really wish that hotels would mention renovation in the description. At first, we were given a room next to the renovation and the lady at the desk said they were only busy for a couple of hours that day. Since we booked for a few nights, and the renovation would continue the next day, we asked for a different room as far as possible from the noise. Luckily there was a room available where the noise could not be heard. Rooms were comfy and clean, Breakfast was amazing...

'Great'

'We arrived for 1night to attend a wedding. On the web for this hotel it states if you need any special requests please contact our hotel at 585-395-1000. I wanted to request an early check-in so that we could change into our wedding clothes. I tried that phone number all day long and there was never an answer. I also texted a request and never received a reply. So something needs to be addressed to this situation.'

'My first time staying at a Red Roof and it was awesome. Friendly staff and clean rooms.'

'We did not stay over. We drove in and took one look around and left. Unfortunately, this is a very scary place not meant for a family. I knew it was an inexpensive motel when we reserved (absolutely nothing else in the area was available) however, what we saw was shocking. The man working the desk was nice enough to process a refund as we weren't there 5 minutes. Didn't make it to the rooms. Drove another 45 minutes out of town to get to another hotel.'
