'We had such an amazing stay at this beautiful farm! From the moment we arrived we felt so welcomed. We were greeted by the goats, kitties, and dogs each morning and evening when we sat out on the patio. The kitties even curled up in our laps and fell asleep. It was hard not to take them all home with us. The guesthouse was absolutely gorgeous with cozy decor and every detail thoughtfully considered. We loved relaxing on the patio and taking in the amazing views. It was the perfect place to...

'The view was amazing, however, the cabin was very rustic—one step above tent camping. Floor littered with dead bugs, hanging dirty dishes. Basic bathroom accommodations quite a distance away. The horses were beautiful and trail-ride was great. The trail included a varied terrain. Loved the incorporation of yoga'

'The space for family gathering, sleeping well and activities inside and outside made this one of the most spectacular of family fun. From the 4year old all the way to the 66 year old, every one of us will have great memories. We are truly grateful for having a special place to be together. The Glen Iris and Letchworth park are so very close(15-29 minutes). Groceries and all essentials are 5!minutes to town. Views are expansive. The horses back riding and trails enriched our visit. The staff...

'This is a beautiful, quiet, get away in one of the prettiest parts of the state. Only 15-30 minutes away you can find great pizza, and the best bakery the county has to offer (Valley Bread and Bounty), but you are still far enough away that you feel completely surrounded by nature. Easy drive to Letchworth to enjoy the falls. The view of the river from the wrapped porch was wonderful in both the rain and sun (which we had both). On our stay an Eagle kept us company. Clean, pretty,...

'Remoteness of nature close by. Intense nature experience in a small, cozy wooden palace. '

'Lovely rustic treehouse in a good location for several state parks and conservation areas'

'The house was very clean and comfortable. Can see the slopes from the backyard. Great place.'

'The cabin was clean and comfortable just as advertised and so was the bath house which has a bathroom and then a separate shower room. Joe is awesome , very friendly and quick to answer any and all questions. The property is beautiful with lots of deer a stream and plenty of other wildlife. Also only a 30 minute drive to Letchworth States Park.'

'Everything was so easy, from booking, to meeting our hosts, everything was just so smooth. The property was as wonderful as it was described. Our hosts give us a very warm, welcome, and showed us around the property. Everything was clean and very well kept. We enjoyed our stay so much and we are looking forward to coming back in the fall.'
