'Beautiful lake front property with updated kitchen and bathrooms. Cool workout area with sauna that we only wish we had used more. Deck with nice view of Waneta Lake and easy access from house to dock for lake swimming and other water activities. A bit of a drive to nearest towns and most wineries and breweries but overall good location on smaller more accessible lake. Host was very responsive to questions and thankfully was not needed for any issues. Overall great experience.'

'The apartment was clean & comfortable.We were there when the weather was somewhat chilly (40 degrees F overnight) and the gas fireplace was able to heat the entire apartment, including the bedroom (a space heater was provided but not needed.) The kitchen was somewhat small (no oven) but enough equipment was provided to fix a simplemeal. The property is easy walking distance from downtown Hammondsport as well as the lake.Our hostess, Suzanne, provided all the information we needed and was quick...
