'Laat ik beginnen met het enige wat niet goed was, dat was het extra (derde) uitklap bank/bed. Comfort van extra het bed is slecht. Nadeel is dat er geen raam open kan in de kamer. Verder een erg mooi hotel. De kamers zijn ruim en mooi ingericht. Fijn dat er een complete keuken aanwezig is. Ook is er een mooi zwembad. Hotel ligt naast winkels en shopping mall. Dus goed voor shoppers.'

'Matt is great! If I needed anything he was so easy to reach! His cottage is adorably decorated - perfect balance of contemporary and rustic. It is very cozy and comfortable. It is also very functional - he thought of everything to ensure you enjoy your stay. The location is convenient to great hiking and stores. The house backs up to woods so the setting is peaceful. So many historic towns nearby. I wished I stayed longer but I will be back!'

The heater surprisingly kept us cozy and warm through the night and we were provided with everything we needed for a restful stay — including extra blankets, towels, basic toiletries and a small coffee maker. 'Close to Kingston and Hwy 87, thus convenient. Friendly host(s), a very pleasant stay. We were okay with no cell phone reception or TV because the wifi was fine, and we enjoyed this quiet getaway. Breakfast was tasty, artisan bread, large portions of fresh fruit. Restful and comfortable.'

I stayed here with two friends for New York Sheep and Wool- we enjoyed the kayaking and the sauna particularly, but everything about the house was so inviting, calm, and beautiful- kudos to the owner or the property manager for keeping everything in such great condition.
