« Basically as advertised, but the property needs maintenance. Stairs to the front door are broken and dangerous. The grill is a joke and totally unusable. We spent the first hours killing ants and roaches. Layout and location are good, but needs attention and cleaning. »

« The property was beautiful and clean. Access was easy and we enjoyed the quiet peacefulness while we were back and forth between Syracuse University for graduation. The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating allowing us to stay a little later that afternoon :) »

« This is a very nicely appointed home. The extra sleeping area is next to the main bedroom (you have to go through the smaller room to get to the master). The location is next to a gas station/Dunkin which is convenient but we did hear trucks early n the morning. The apartment is stand alone with garages off to the side. Extra touches included snacks/ water/ tea and coffee/ hand cream. The only issue I had wan s that a $1500 security deposit was taken automatically if you did not opt to pay $59...

« Not a bad spot at all. Kinda small for anyone bringing more than five people. The neighbors in front don’t like the fact it is being rented out. If you don’t mind glares or the occasional lawn being mowed while relaxing outside, it’s a good spot. The other residents around are super nice and allow you to use their deck for fishing and swimming. The surrounding area is nice. Really close to a grocery store. »

« Great location! Communication was clear for check in and out. We accidentally left an Apple Watch there and Seth notified us right away and we went back to get it. So grateful for keen eyes when they were cleaning! Would definitely stay here again! »
