'The place is super comfortable and has a great outdoor area for chatting; I would definitely like to come back and stay longer.'

'Clean room. Helpful staff. Nice amenities'

'Extra $12 was charged at check in. Kitchent is empty/nothing: no plates, cups, spoon or anything. Who need such Kitchent.'

'Conveniently located and clean with an easy parking lot. The place was fine, but a pretty big disparity between the listing, professional feeling web interface, huge deposit and real life. Ultimately, it was ‘fine’ - comfortable and served the purpose for our trip. The coffee bar (Keurig with plenty of pods) and coffee pot was nice to have, but there was ONE coffee mug, two disposable cups, and one travel mug that seems to have been left behind. This was so odd since coffee bar is literally...

'Wonderful stay at this VRBO. Plenty big enough for me and my adult daughter. Sofa bed was good quality and no complaints about sleeping on this matress. Neighborhood is quiet, safe and convenient to everything in Southbury and beyond. If we ever come back to CT, we would absolutely stay here again. 5* accommodations. Host is also very flexible and beyond helpful and very responsive. A for his efforts too!'

'The room was really nice and the private bathroom was very big and beautiful. The host was great communicating the check in process and throughout the stay. The room is in the lower floor of the house and the host and family live upstairs. The stairs to get down to the room are just inside the front door of the house. It was a great stay. I was there one night. I would recommend this host/home for sure.'

'A very quiet cul de sac and a babbling brook in the back yard which was absolutely soothing. Street parking was tight but there was a small parking lot available close by. Beds were comfortable (pillows need upgraded though). Kitchen could use a few more plates and bowls. I cooked for 7 people. Towels (rough). A few upgrades and this place would be a five.'
