Pros:Close to plenty of tastings and restaurants in town, 1-5 minute drive to most places in geneva.Place is very clean, one of the cleanest I've stayed in.Host communication was very good.Comfortable bed and pillows.Cons:50 feet from a main highway.Small and tight driveway.Right next to frat houses, could hear their music until 9 pm.Small shower.No microwave.Bed is in the main living area.Unit is not made for multiple couples. 'Annmarie was an excellent hostess, the cottage was quaint and had everything you needed. Their was a problem with the stove and Annmarie replaced it right away. Beautiful spot with a wrap around porch with lake views. '

'Enjoyed our stay at this cottage located between Sodus Bay and lake Ontario. Great access to both bodies of water. Cottage was clean and cute and had all the basic amenities. Had an issue with the ac that the owner was quick to communicate and remedy situation. Beautiful sunsets over lake Ontario. '
