« Nice place and setting but bring your cleaning supplies »

« Absolutely loved this lodge - beautiful well stocked kitchen, along with treats! Pictures do not do this place justice - it was stunning inside & out…. Peaceful setting, and close enough to state parks Stony Brook & Letchworth, as well as if someone wanted to take a quick wine tour thru the Finger Lakes! Would absolutely book again! »

« Wonderful stay -accommodations and hosts amazing. Large space - most comfortable bed I’ve slept in - quiet and relaxing. Very enjoyable on a cold wet weekend that looked to ruin the stay. Will definitely be back but in warmer weather. »

« It was a lovely place that worked out well for my needs. I does need a few little touches on maintenance but nothing that interfered with my needs. I would recommend it because it's so close to everything fun in Fairport. »

« Great location. Walkable to town. Nice and spacious. Could have another bathroom. The lighting in the bathroom was poor. Description didn’t say it was on the second floor. Lugging suitcases up 2 flights of stairs was a bit challenging. But would definitely stay there again. Liked the decor. Very clean. »

« Was worried about noise from the road , turned out fine. Parking easy. Kitchenette handy for quick meals. Room felt fresh and not cramped. Bathroom had essentials ready which saved packing time. Quiet nights helped us rest well before flights. »

« Fantastic little place in the heart of the village. »

« It's a comfy place but needs some tlc and freshening up. The pictures do not show accurate version of the inside or outside as it is currently . Beautiful fireplace outside but yard needs attention and new cushions are desperately needed. No "welcome book" inside giving information on the house but initial email from owner mentioned it. Definitely has potential. Beautiful deer in the yard. You cannot see the lake either. So, if you are counting on Lakeview this isn't your place. »

« Everything was actually better than advertised and the host was responsive when I asked about the WiFi setup. He walked me through the setup and everything worked as he promised. »

« If you like hot showers, I don't recommend this place. At first the place seemed nice. Looked and smelled clean ,but when i looked in the cabnet there was a bag of trash and the inside of the drawers were very dirty. The shower was cold and when I contacted the host it took almost 2 hrs for them to get back to me. They said they fixed it, but it was still cold the next morning and I contacted them again. This time it took over 5 hrs for a reply. They fixed it, but it it only got a little warmer...

« Very nice accommodations far away from any distractions. Excellent stay. »
