'The property is some distance away from the highway. We were aware of that and enjoyed the peace and quiet the location offered. Property is very nice both inside and out. Easy contact with owner. Reported we could not get the outside grill to light but this did not create an issue for us.'

'The place was perfect for what we were looking for. We considered this a camping trip on the lake with easy lake access by boat, so it more than satisfied our needs. Unfortunately, our boat was too large (28’ Sea Ray) to fit down Goose Creek channel, but the location was right next to Asheville Bay Marina, so we rented a slip there for the weekend. Andy at the marina was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed every time out on the water and was always there when we returned to...

'Our family of 3 stayed for a long weekend and the checkin and checkout communications were very helpful. The property location is convenient for exploring multiple fun areas and activities in North western PA and South western NY balanced with the house providing an accomodating experience. It's difficult to find a vacation rental that offers it all, so having waterfront access with kayaks, a firepit, and a hot tub helped make for a wonderful vacation '
