« Charming historic house, carefully renovated. Owners are friendly and accommodating. Comfortable bed. Be sure to reserve ahead to dine at nearby Rose and Kettle. It’s quite good, and is the only nearby restaurant. Also note Inn is not handicap accessible. Not a problem for us, but others will want to be aware. »

« A laid back atmosphere, that was clean, comfortable and very inviting. Austin is friendly and conscientious. He goes above and beyond for his guests. It’s a small place and easy for people to talk to one another. A nice vibe. We would definitely come back again if we’re in the area. »

« Here's the run down: this is a relatively well kept property for it's age (150 yrs old!). It's a very small 2 story house with a quite large backyard. The exterior views of the house are from the backyard although the living room faces the front.Parking is limited as the garage was not accessible to host a minivan. « We had a blast at this site. It was well maintained and a joy having the property to ourselves. We had a wild weather week with above average heat and then cold rainy days. The area stayed dry, with the mulch in the area and the tent was a refuge! Thanks for the hospitality! »

« This was the perfect place for our family during our visit to Cooperstown Dreams Park! It was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Dave was very responsive and addressed matters very quickly. The location was 5 minutes to Dreams Park, which was very convenient with being able to run back to rest a little between games. « We always wanted to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame - the cottage is a short ride and very close to Cooperstown so ideal location for us. Scott and his friendly pup Shoog greeted us, and Scott was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, and the nearby restaurants were terrific. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed beautiful weather and fall colors! »

« This is a very good spot for you and your spouse during Cooperstown week. It's clean and it's close to everything. The view is very nice. The only negative feedback is the 9:00 checkout time but we were ready to go by then anyways. »
