« Staff was super sweet. But there should be some sort of service to take you to your room/bring you up to the main lodge for dinner. Maybe a front desk person with a golf cart. Pretty dangerous to walk down that path alone at night in the dark after some drinks at dinner. Otherwise, very chic and comfortable. »

« Staff was great. My 3 star rating is only because there were no sign ups left when arriving for the 3PM check-in. Without this, for the sauna or infrared room; it leaves you to be "stealing time" where you can..(also feels a bit absurd for the rate you pay.) I had to scramble out of one solo sauna after first finding it empty, because a couple had booked it, and they told me they were also booked for the infrared (double dipping also leaves others without.) Feels unfair for another guest to...

« Our stay at Cold Spring Lodge in the Catskills was fantastic. The location is perfect, central to everything we wanted to see and do in the area. Her communication was AMAZING from the moment we booked until the day we checked out. She was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. We’d absolutely stay here again! »

« It was a good stay very quiet place, had a little issue at the end and needed to cut the trip shorter but the owner was gracious and helped make things right. Beautiful stay, small and quant. Location was great. There is no stove do brought my air fryer and crock pot for meals. »
