« I had family in from out of town, I set up the rental for them, the house was clean, comfortable bed per my family, pots/pans basic kitchen needs available, dishwasher, coffee maker, second TV in the bedroom (I’ve found places that don’t have one and it wasn’t listed as such, and that is a big negative for me) I would recommend this place to others and I will utilize again when the need arises. »

« When I arrived to the room it was really warm in there, I figured out how to turn the ac on and it cooled off some but the room remained warm. The bed was extremely comfortable and cozy, the room was very clean. Unfortunately the tv didn’t work and the restaurant staff downstairs were very loud and you could hear everything, at times they were cussing and yelling, made my stay unsatisfactory, the front door had a squeak to it so every time someone came through you heard it. Probably won’t stay...

« We had such a great stay with Guido. We were about 5 minutes from family, and we needed a place to stay with our golden retriever. The property was perfect and a short ride to Mohonk, Walden and Montgomery. There was a significant snow storm during our stay, and Guido quickly cleared a path out for us. « It is what it is. I am way too old to be doing that style of camping anymore. Just not for me. There was a lot of communication when I booked but haven't heard anything since. I didn't realize some of the things when I booked it.I guess I didn't read or it wasn't there.I don't know. But that hike in and out kinda sucked! The toilet is so crooked.It's hard to go to the bathroom. I get roughing it and camping isn't glamorous?But there's a few things that could make this just a little bit nicer of...

« I have stayed here before and I am never disappointed. The host always responds in a timely manner. Warwick is an incredible place with many fine restaurants and boutique stores. I was able to complete my Christmas shopping. I will be back. »
