'Prima overnachting voor op doorreis, geen luxe. Om zes uur wordt je wakker van alle slaande deuren van medereizigers die vroeg weggaan.'

'Breakfast was outstanding'

'Bright, clean, spacious. Very private but just a few minutes from town, with all its colorful murals, the Arts Cafe, and Springville Arts Center, and super friendly, helpful folks at the Hulbert Library. Excellent communication with host. We loved our stay here.'

'Beautiful home, Beautiful property! Home was VERY clean! Comfortable beds and all amenities as described. Perfect for our small group for the weekend of birthday festivities. I would 100% book here again.'

'A satisfactory room to lay your head down. Clean and tidy. I just wish the bed was a bit more comfortable.'

'The place is old and a work in progress. The refrigerator leaked all over the floor but maintenance was there fairly quick to clean it up.'

'Not worth the money. Property needs major upgrades. Homeless stay here courtesy of Erie county government.'

'The staff!!! I love that lady i left my earrings and she found them and held them for me love her'

'very nice clean and fiendly hotel. Helpfull desk super service free detergent to do our wash and reasonal priced for washing. Barber liquor and groceries around the corner'

'It was great!'

'All though advertised to include a twin bed, that was not the case. Instead there was a pullout couch that had a broken mechanism sticking out (possibly endangering anyone trying to use it). Linens for the pullout were waded up and cleanliness appeared questionable. We chose to abandon our stay.'

'Great place for families'
