'Property was not as advertised. The house was a little dated but it did have fresh paint and new floors and also new appliances. The porch steps were a little rickety and both doors had at least an inch of space under them.'

'We drove from AZ to Buffalo New York came in early ask to check in a little bit early and we were able to so, Couldnt wait to get in the pool but the pool wasnt heated inquired about it and someone came out the very next day, the house was size for my satisfaction with the gourmet kitchen that didnt have the quantity pots and pans but did bring mines to do gourmet cooking, We did feel at home from home which was extremely nice.The communication loved itMandy was professional with all concerns,...

'The house was clean, host responsive, parking fine, WiFi perfect. A few things were missing in the kitchen. Like: spatula, dish towels, pots, pans. It needed more essentials. The bathrooms had no hand towels and no washcloths. Bedrooms could have used an extra blanket or two. We didn’t complain and we had a very nice time. The house just could be puffed up and made more wonderful. Thank you '

'The unit is very cozy and very well equipped. The only thing you have to bring are your personal toiletries and bathing items. It’s close to downtown, Orchard Park, and the airport. The owners were very easy to get a hold of and responded very quickly. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay and I would highly recommend this unit.'
