'Everything was incredibly clean, the rooms were spacious, well appointed, and very comfortable, and we really felt like we were at home. The back patio and man cave were special treats and wonderful places to relax. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, and it was nice to interact with neighbors who are friendly. 'Very great place to stay with friends and family or even a solo get away. It’s in the heart of downtown Ellicotville, walkable distance to shops, restaurants, and much more. The apartment itself was very clean and the pictures matched exactly to the in person experience. Loved spending the nights on the balcony enjoying the fresh air. 'I don't normally do reviews, especially poor ones, but I wouldn't stay here again if it were free. It was dirty inside and out. There was NOT any INTERNET OR TV as promised. I inquired about the internet and was told to go into the main lodge to hookup and it might work from then on, but of course it did not. The picture they post is old, different bed etc. Plenty of other places to choose from'

'We had a great stay! The home was very nice and clean and stocked with all the necessary amenities. There was even coffee and a coffee maker included. We stayed two days to ski at Holiday Valley, and enjoy Ellicotville. We were able to walk to town, it was just under a mile, and there are sidewalks the whole way. I’d definitely stay here again! '
