'Very large space. Comfortable. Excellent location. Great views. Laundry facility was a huge plus. Downside: nearby bar played music until 5am so bring ear plugs. We stayed 5 nights and nothing was available for replenish. We had to buy trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels. Those things should be replenished for longer stays, especially trash bags for the bathroom. Overall, I recommend the apartment for a good stay. '

They responded to all our call, even after hours promptly. Always with great energy and smile on their faces. Personalize treatment, they never forgot our names. 'Location is convenient, though a little uphill from the main parts of town. Staff were helpful when we needed to get out luggage down to the waterfront. Close by: main museum, grocery store, some eateries. Apartment very spacious with all the relevant appliances. Big windows provide views of the town and Beagle Channel (and the cat that lives next door!).'

'Beautiful property with an amazing view. It’s too far to walk from center of town. No restaurants nearby so will have to drive into town. Currently the limited food delivery services will not deliver because it is too far from center of town. Has a full kitchen if your looking to cook.'

'adorei os apartamentos, estavam limpos, e tinha tudo o que precisava, a cozinha tem todos os utensílios necessários para cozinhar e para limpeza, achei os apartamentos bem aconchegante e organizados, só a limpeza que não foi feita todos os dias, e tive um problema com a chave eletrônica na hora que cheguei, mais a moca da limpeza abriu pra gente, mais depois tive que ir em outro hotel para buscar a chave física ( que não era muito perto), a localização também não é muito no centro, mais uma...

'The local is excellent, taxi,shopping, grocery, tourist sites are all in walking distance. The follow-up communication was effucient, in every details and on time. The amenities are in full and thoughtful. Suggestion: it will be better if there is a safe, and maybe cut off a little bit the bottom of the bath room door, so the floor carpet will not be removed every time openning the door.'
