'Die gebuchte Villa, ist sehr groß, leider nur für 4 Personen. Eine größere Villa für mehrere Personen gibt es nicht, und für Besteck und Geschirr müsste man hier nachzahlen. Sonst hast man immer eine leere Küche. Das Pool war leider nicht sauber, und der Wasserfilte, pumpe war nicht mehr betriebbereit . Die Villa ist leider in die Jahre gegangen, so dass einige Bereiche defekt und verostet sind. Dennoch zu den positiven Punkten, ist die Villa in einem ruhigen Ort, und hatten den Privatstrand....

'We really enjoyed our stay at PuLuong Luna! The staff was so kind and helpful. The resort manager Anh helped arrange a tour of the area and transportation back to Hanoi! The view from our room was simply stunning! Make sure to preorder dinner ahead of time so you don’t have to wait. We really loved the steamed fish in bamboo, had it two nights in a row! Highly recommend. '

'We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, the room had poor seals on all doors and windows and on a cold few days it was difficult to stay warm. The bath plug didn’t work and so we couldn’t have a bath, on top of which the hot water was not flowing and turned cold within 5 minutes When it’s cold here there’s nothing to do in the room as there is no tv. On top of which the spa is substandard. Breakfast was minimal but good. '

'It was pretty nice hotel. The staff at the entrance supported everything from renting mortar cycle to booking a bus to Hanoi. They have full view of the beautiful Samson beach, recommend booking a room with balcony. A solid 5 stars to this hotel. '

'Very enjoyable stay, nice new hotel, good size well appointed comfortable luxury rooms. Great buffet spread for breakfast and dinner. Attention to detail in the decor. Staff exceedingly helpful is all areas. Exceptionally good value. Would definatwly stay again when in area.'
