'It was alright for its price. Aircondition, comfortable bed and a decent bathroom. There was a weird atmosphere, with all the lights turned off in the hallways, the pool, bar and all resturants closed in the hotel. No guests, and the city was completely empty with no resturants open, so we had to order food from another town via Grab. If you plan on staying one night, as a pit stop between Ninh Binh and Vinh for example, its alright, but would’t recommend staying any longer. Remember to bring...
