'My family and I stayed for one night at the Hantara Hotel as we needed nearby accommodation for our National Park safari. The setting of the hotel is absolutely stunning - in amongst nature with the wildlife, plenty of areas to walk around the hotel or sit and relax in a hammock. 'Agthira river camp was excellent. The staff were all friendly and the room was so nice. Looking onto the river was very relaxing and hours were spent watching the monkeys. The buffet in the morning and evening was great. The safari was booked via the hotel and was a great experience.'

'Simple but spacious and clean rooms, with comfortable bed and good wifi. Large modern pool area, fantastic to cool down after a day out on safari. The included breakfast was plenty and very delicious and changed from day to day. Unfortunately, the chef for dinner was not available when we were there but we found good and cheap dinner locations just minutes away. '

'It was the most amazing experience! I love the staff very friendly and kind. Help me with everything. Front house Sampath, dumindu and sithijaya , sahan, gayantha, Rukshan are awesome, Gave me the best service they could. Foods are delicious 😋, pool was clean and easy access.
