'Love the location. Straight across the road from Star bucks and the shopping centre. Free access to a gym sold me. Only problem was the rubbish from the previous guests was not removed from the toilet bins, or the kitchen bins, There was a change of towels the next day, but sloppy bed remake. So probably cleanliness wasn't great to some degree. '

'Location is primo. On the boardwalk and Fitzroy beach. You can’t beat sitting on the deck in the evening hearing the surf 👍very comfy bed. Not so comfy inside couch area however didn’t sit around inside much. 😎'

'Nicely presented studio in quiet area very close to the beach. Small kitchenette perfectly adequate for preparing a meal, if required, with new Air Fryer and microwave. Great shower and comfortable bed. Fantastic location for cyclists and walkers wanting to do the coastal walkway. Tropical garden was very attractive. Studio 22 was excellent value. '

'A wonderful place to kick back and sew up a storm for a week. Without YouTube I got an amazing amount accomplished, and still had time to walk the Opunake trail, visit the beach and frequent the fantastic local cafes. Definitely recommend.'

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location, surrounded by trees, bird song and beautiful views of Mt Taranaki. The cabin was well appointed, very clean and super cozy, a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The only thing that would make it even more special would be a small flame effect heater.
