'Clean new rooms, helpful staff members, buffet breakfast with a fairly good selection of foods, great coffee machines for breakfast coffees. Also the pancake machine was really fun! Laundry onsite for washing was handy, $2 for a wash and $2 for a dry. Just need to get some detergents. Very nice and relaxed stay, would stay here again no issues! Highly recommended'

'Room was comfy enough with distant water views when lying in bed but when sitting on verandah looked out to a massive white wall and massive white tiled plain verandah. Restaurant was great though and a very close walk to the beach.'

'We had to change from a better room and downgraded ourselves to a smaller room as the previous was in a horrible condition. Hotel staff was happy to change us but did not refund for any downgrade. Can i please request for a refund of the downgrad'

'Appartement van bekende Oaks keten. Compleet resort met restaurant,zwembad, tennisbaan etc. Zeer kindvriendelijk. Redelijke ruime kamer. Uitgebreide keukenfaciliteit met ijskast, magnetron. Moderne badkamer. Goed onderhouden. Minpunt is de beperkte beschikbaarheid van de gratis Wifi,.(30 minuten per 24 uur) Is eigenlijk belachelijk en niet meer van deze tijd, waar elk ander hotel en motel onbeperkt gratis Wifi aanbiedt. 'Sadly as a new hotel they are still learning, staff were fabulous, no fault with any of them, the amenities were definitely not to our liking, Glass doors on both shower & toilet was a bit overwhelming for an older couple, there was no privacy, the younger generation might have a bit of fun with it. The rooftop bar, fantastic, but, but there should an area the hotel guests use exclusively, at least till a certain time, as I said it's very new & they will probably improve with time.'

'Parking area exit up very steep ramp. Front wheel drive vehicle had traction difficulty at the top of the ramp. The wet surface made it even more precarious. It had just recently rained. Other wise a great stay.'
