'Aaron at the front desk was the only redeeming quality at the hotel. Every other aspect of my 7 day stay was poor. The hotel itself , inside and out is filthy. Garbage on floor at entrance of hotel. Garbage and leftover food on elevator floor for days. A few random day's when they had no cook or bartender, breakfast and evening cocktails were not available. The room itself is surface cleaned but furniture and rug is stained with who knows what !! It was a terrible experience. I have stayed...

'The Staff were kind and clearly take pride in offering wonderful hospitality services. The first night, I called to say we were delayed for check-in and Nick was so so gracious in the phone - he has both a wonderful tone for customer service and a genuine care for helping guests. I'd gladly stay there again!
