'While the staff was great, the facility is older. The flooring had cracked pieces, especially in the elevator. The AC unit in our room was very loud, which we informed them of as we left. Rooms are large. Overall it was fine for just one night. The breakfast was great. '

'Only stayed three nights. The second night, the hot tub had brown water in it and was very smelly. The third night the hot tub was clean but not hot at all. The room the pool was in was freezing cold. Couldn't stay in the pool more than 10 minutes. Staff was kind but not very attentive or concerned.'

'Everything was nice - the $100 pet cleaning fee is beyond excessive. Would really like to know what they did differently when cleaning to justify the $100 charge.'

'The staff was extremely friendly. The hotel radiated a homey vibe with beautifully designed common areas that invited you to sit, relax, eat, or have a drink. Rooms were big, comfortable, and clean. Bedding was also very clean and comfortable. Desk with wired internet was available as well.'
