« The property was lovely however the rooms were lacking some essentials. The coffee machine only made espresso. There was no bottled water provided even when the water from the tap was brown and undrinkable. The room was very cold and the bathroom had no heating. The bed was very soft and not overly comfortable. I would have expected a lot more for the price. We stayed in one of the suites. The parking was also very limited. »

« Good basic hotel, clean, comfortable beds, and warm showers. Free wifi. Parking at the door of the units. Note the ridiculous signs about EV's causing fires and fines if caught plugging one in. Totally understand not wanting people to charge EVs from their room for cost, overloading fuses, etc., but given how rare an EV charging fire actually is, it would make more sense to provide a charger (user pays). In all, an easy place to spend a night when passing through Euroa. »

« The photos were deceptive making it appear that the huts were not near any other dwelling - they were only metres from the host’s home. This proximity made it impossible for privacy for guests and host. Communication from the host about their early morning (6.30am) visit from children for an easter egg hunt and family breakfast would have been appreciated. The beds were good and we let the host know we would be bringing our own sheets and pillows so they could save on washing. It lacked storage...

« The house was clean with comfortable beds. Very very quiet. Crazy goats were cute and we had fun giving them a snack. Lot of birds. Would highly recommend if you need to distress. Great commutation with owner. »

« the property is in transition (on the day) to a new owner - the room didn't have a tv, a fridge, a table, a chair to sit comfortably or coffee - the toilet seat was broken - when we arrived it was if we were unexpected - certainly not what we expected for $300 - don't submit this review please as the new owners need time to get things sorted »
