'I was in town for a Softball tournament. Room was affordable and convenient. Easy check in. Plenty of food choices near.'

'The floor of the room, was not properly cleaned. There were cockroaches laying on the floor. Cleaning in between was not done properly, hairs in bathroom were not removed. The swimming pool was closed for the season while the temperature outside was far over 90 degrees.'

'Everything was clean enough except for dusty coffee pot. Problem with tv and remote, 3 people worked on it a different times for about an hour, finally the 16 year old son figured it out. Very apologetic for the delay. I think the room should have been a lower price for the accommodations. '

'I “reserved” a room via Expedia and 30 minutes later I tried to cancel and the hotel denied my request and billed me $160+! That’s some shady business dealings. Shame shame shame. Never chose The Ridge. '
