'Airco/verwarming vrij luidruchtig. In de badkamer liep er water uit de WC en de douche was ook een van de slechtste al gezien. Hotel voelde heel oud aan. Personeel wel heel vriendelijk'

'The room was clean. There was no trash can, we went down and asked for more towels and a trash can. We were given the towels and was told they'd bring up the trash can but it was delivered. Breakfast was hot'

'Our room was not ready for check in. When we came back the employee at the check in desk was away from the desk for about 15 minutes, with several others waiting to check in also. She said she was cleaning our room. There is no working elevator, so we had to carry our bags, cooler, etc up and down the stairs. We will not be back.'

'Gagging amount of air freshener to try covering other odors. Swimming pool was closed for cleaning. Most of electric outlets in room did not work. No hot water in morning, even though I ran water a long time. Carpet was filthy, and gooey to walk on. TV remote and other things were sticky. Online ad said TV had Closed Captioning, but that only sometimes worked. A.C. was so noisy the vibrations shook both beds. Had to ask for washcloth and hand towel. Very dim light at sink and makeup mirror....
