'Beautiful and secluded location, rooms impeccable as to be expected with this kind of pricing. But service.... finally we found a hotel that understands what service means and what it does to its customers. We received personal attention, from valet parking service, the check in was welcoming like a warm bath, the fabulous concierge who was extremely helpful in arranging dinner, etc... in one word the service was fantastic.'

'Pearl Beach ligt aan het prachtige Plage Saint Jean. Bij zo'n locatie verwacht je echter wat meer service. Daarnaast lag het strand vol met Sargassum. Het zou fijn zijn als ze dat voortaan opruimen. Bij het naastgelegen Eden Rock Resort gebeurt dat namelijk wel.'

'Extraordinary experience. Best possible service. Everybody made us feel truly welcome from the very first moment. The staff were absolutely charming, incredibly friendly, and always attentive to every little detail. The hotel itself is small, cosy, and full of charm, creating a very warm and personal atmosphere. We felt genuinely looked after throughout our stay. A truly exceptional experience that we would love to repeat.'

'Our experience at Rosewood Le Guanahani St. Barth was mixed. The property is beautiful, very well maintained, and in a stunning location. We encountered several friendly and helpful staff members, and the team was especially helpful with arranging taxis and transportation around the island.
