'Host/property manager are great and very attentive.The only issue we had (which is not a big deal if you know) master bath didn’t have a plug to dry hair/other bath plug didn’t work. No mirrors in bedrooms or living room if you need to see to fix/dry your hair. It was really an inconvenience not a problem.I would for sure rent again. House was very clean and location was great'

'House and Host were great. Everyone on the island was friendly and polite. My only complaint is that restaurants and bars have awful hours. Closed Sundays and Monday's and through the week they’re only open for lunch. Never got to experience the Sandbar to eat and for happy hour 5-7 as referenced on their menu. Wreckers and Shipyard food was great, however extremely expensive.'

'This was our third year staying here. We love Christy and her husband. They live on the island so if anything comes up they're right there. I love the spot because you see more marine life vs the beach. Water shoes is a must. But if you want beach just hop on the golf cart, go down the road. You can see it from the house. 'Leigh & Josh were awesome hosts! They were very responsive throughout our stay. They provided clear instructions on check in/out, things to do, and even helped us out with an early arrival time due to the ferry. Their place was clean and cozy. Within short walking distance is a public park, large water swings, bridge to Russell Island, and the beach. We rented a golf cart which seems almost mandatory for getting around the island. 'My husband and I stayed at Rest Ashore with another couple. We thought the location was great. Although we chose to go to a different beach down the island (which we used the golf cart for), we kayaked, watched sunsets and enjoyed coffee on the gazebo overlooking the water closest to the cottage. Communication was amazing from April. Probably the best out of any VRBO hosts we have encountered in the past. Cottage was clean and appeared just like the pictures. We would definitely stay there...
