'I like that it is very near to the mall and the staff are courteous.. What I don't like is how the water cannot be totally contained when showering in the bathroom. But I still would stay again.'

'This hotel had a nice swimming pool which was beautifully maintained and provided a serene environment to relax.Even the fitness centre was well equipped allowing me to maintain my workout routine. I really look forward to using that hotel again on my next visit.'

'Nieuw modern hotel dicht bij winkels. Wat minder was dat je kon zien dat er vorig jaar een aardbeving in Davao is geweest. Tegels in de badkamer zaten los en scheuren in de muren.'

'We had the executive room. It has a huge balcony and direct access to the pool. However: The room was dirty and very badly maintained. A pity, because this could be a unique and awesome location. My tip to the owners would be to start a "Murder Mystery Dinner" game with stay-over in this venue, as - especially in its current state - would set the perfect mood for it (and it would probably be something quite unique for the Philippines).'

'The room that they gave me, the location is not good, There is a window but facing the wall of the next building. You can’t see the outside world. You can see the water treatment, some constructions materials dumped downstairs. '

'Stayed here for a few weeks. Standard room was much to small so upgraded to larger room. Well worth it. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was very good good and reasonably priced aswell. Would definitely stay again even though is a hit aways from the downtown hub.'
