Kies je hotel in Smith County

'This was our second stay here and we love it. So cozy and quiet. Only thing we don’t like is they keep the AC turned off so when you arrive you have to turn it on and it takes about 3 hours for it to cool off inside. I really wish the owners would come and turn it on when they know guests are coming. Something small but still. Will still be staying here again.'

'Property owner would not allow us access to the property. Very unprofessional. Absolutely no communication or explanation for the cancellation. Would not recommend this property to anyone. Terrible experience'

'It isn’t a big deal, since I was the on,y person who was staying in the room, however, the description of the room was that there would be two queen beds.'

'The moldy, mildew smell, the flies and my sister in law who stayed in that room theTV was blocked because it kept asking for a PIN number.'

'Let’s just say we won’t be back. The room was not clean when we arrived, dirty damp towel hanging on the shower curtain rod, a moldy mildew smell throughout the weekend and plenty of flies (thanks for the flyswatter) and food in the refrigerator.'

'Great house! Stayed for a week with our adult children, their spouses, 2 yr old grandson & our hunting dogs. House was very well equipped in ALL areas! More than plenty of everything needed in a house plus the little extras in case you forgot something. We all really enjoyed our stay! It was great being able to get all of us under 1 roof & not be cramped. Tom, the caretaker, took us hunting & is hilarious! He knows his stuff! Thank you so much!'

'Cool and dry'

'Very old.. Clean room. Helpful responsive host. May be the best in the area, but that doesn't say much. I wish the owners well. Nice people.'
