Staff plays a very important part in a hotel's reputation, and every staff member I encountered were genuinely welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They handled everything with a smile and a "can-do" attitude. They were all so consistently helpful and attentive! I must say it's rare to find a property where every department operates with such genuine warmth.'

'What stood out was the amazing attention to detail that the Marketing Manager (Iye Mary Kowa) demonstrated. I wanted an Hotel that was on the beach so was somewhat disappointed that the Atlantic Hotel is a beachfront accommodation. Mary however rallied her team and other managers to more than compensate for the hiatus. I would highly recommend this accommodation for its stellar staff and their professionalism. The owners are extremely lucky to have such dedicated staff and whatever they are...
