'Do yourself a favor an overnight in your car. That such hotels still exist. Simply outrageous!!! Room booked for three people. Okay it is a budget hotel but a little respect is to be expected. - No towels in the room. To the reception there very surprised and finally set it right. - The wi-fi is not working. To reception again and there the explanation was that it was not working due to heavy rain but that everything would be fine by 6:00pm. Of course at 6:00 pm the wi-fi is still not working...

'Glamping in the Kimberly. Nice tents, but very hot during the day. Nice cool pool. Good bar restaurant. Walk to Emma Gorge is tough: hands and knees in places. Do it early, rest when hot, bring water.'

'Room was disgusting, had cockroach and mouse droppings in the corners of the room. The door frame was falling apart and on the second day when we opened the door, a piece of the door frame fell down on us. The walls beside the bed were covered in fingerprints and dirt/muck from previous people who had slept in the bed and rubbed up against the wall. The first room we were in had a queen bed and a single, a room designed to accommodate 3 people, however we only had one towel, one coffee cup and...

'Naming of location was misleadng. (Bell Gorge is nowhere near property which is located in a unattractive area). Staff were a bit over the season and not as willing to help as other Kimberley places we visited. Maybe could benefit from extra training or maybe difficult to attract good staff to a bad location? '
