'Very friendly and helpful staff'

'Very disappointing stay — cleanliness, maintenance, and advertised amenities were not as promised. Upon entering the room, it was immediately clear that cleanliness and maintenance were not being properly managed. The duvet provided appeared dirty and had visible marks/stains, which made me question whether the bedding had been properly cleaned before my arrival. The chair in the room was also visibly dirty and stained, making it unpleasant to use. The bathroom was poorly maintained as well....

'Nothing'

'I am disabled and they put me in a room on the 3rd floor. Did not even move me when a room opened up downstairs. Our room needed repairs and updated. Breakfast was not continental. Nothing I could eat. And it was included. That's why I chose this hotel. The swimming pool was nasty. Mosquitoes in the hotel and in our room. The road the hotel is in extremely bad shape. The entrance into the hotel messed up the under side of my suv and I had to have expensive repairs done. You get what you pay...

'Beautiful views and great service!'

'Our room had a beautiful ocean view and was quite large and spacious. It contained two bathrooms with two showers and toilets and sinks, a mini fridge, and is sitting area in addition to a nice balcony overlooking the ocean. It was really nice to wake up and see the waves and hear them every morning, as well as listen to them as we fell asleep.'
