Vakantiehuizen in Selangor

'Definitely do not recommend. In addition to a horrible check in process, they started randomly asking us for security deposits. The apartment was wildly overpriced—we had a far better stay in a much posher area for much cheaper. Look elsewhere and get a better place to stay, if you can.'

'I did not use WhatsApp for reasons, but staying here without this app could cause unnecessary inconveniences and delays that forced me to change my plan. I reluctantly reinstalled WhatsApp and after that, all the communication went smoothly.'

'The room was clean and the communication was clear in helping check in. Close to the MRT and a mall downstairs which makes it very convenient'

'Excellent staff. Poor hotel. No refrigerator in room. Only one small recessed ceiling light in bathroom. I was unable to shave with razor, so I bought a light for the bathroom. Only two clothes hangers. I asked for more and was given two more even though I needed 8 . I bought more hangers. No stall or curtain for shower so water goes all over the floor and is very slippery. I bought a shower mat for personal safety. No work desk for computer use. No laundry service or laundry facilities at...

'The Apartment Room is pretty clean. However, there is a lack of organisation with the housekeeping team as I had informed them twice to change the linen on my bed and to change the towels. The housekeeping team should clean the room every day by changing the linen, towels and bins frequently. Other than that I have enjoyed my stay the reception staff were helpful. But I feel there are a lot of things that can be improved.'

'Property wifi bill was late and they didn’t pay. So I had no WiFi for 2 days, had to connect to other room which was very slow. Gym equipment broken, hit or miss. Area was ok. Check in property was not tracking me, even though I had already paid.'

'Solo travel, just needed a crash pad for the night near the airport, which this was great for with plenty of eating out options nearby'

'New place. Clean room. Only downside is that the mall not fully open. '
