'Lo incomodo de hacer el check in fue que te tienen esperando para hacerlo y aun asi la habitación no estaba lista, el personal desatento cuando le pedí que me acomodaran el mueble para cama porq equivocaron la habitación que pedí, yo separe una habitación doble con dos camas twins y me dieron una habitación con una sola cama y un sofá. Y tuve que esperar todo el resto del dia para q me la acomodaran'

'It’s a friendly environment, the pool was clean, the staff very humble and honest, love the late check out, very secure.. the only thing I would change it’s the bathroom/shower curtain, it an old hard plastic and not friendly to take a nice shower.. overall was fantastic!'

'This is a hard place to rate. We liked it, but many won't. Lobby is open air, and dogs are sleeping there peacefully. The walk to your room is not through shining marble halls, but through a rain forest. No matter how often your room is cleaned, there will always be sand. 'Overall, the places, good, just a block from the beach. My family and I got there went to the beach eight when we returned. The place was surrounded with police because one of the guests got robbed. Two robbers went inside all the way to the back where the pool area was and the foreigner/guest was robbed that gunpoint had his gold necklace taken in several items. The local said that never happens, but I hardly doubt it.'
