They became like family and without hesitation They promised to look after my mum when I returned back to NZ but they went above and beyond. Check in/out was smooth with no hassles. Right in the middle of Apia so very convenient to town. It’s simple and intimate setting gives you peace and quiet and the attention when needed. Highly recommended. 'We booked a ocean view fale and we got a fale overlooking the road. When we mentioned this to the so called manager, it took the old lady a few minutes to simply look up and start a conversation. I assume they are used to having a whole lot of power and therefore not being used to accept any negativity or complaints from whoever 'dares' speaking up to them. This could easily be felt when you spoke to the staff about this. Conclusion; we booked through Expedia and so there was nothing she could...

'Location was really handy, environment was unique and was able to meet with the owner of the property. There is no TV or Radio in the rooms'

'We did have a silent night until the cleaners make noises but we told them it’s too noises outside while we try to take a nap but they answered back with nonsense behavior but my husband told her that he will inform the manager but she said go ahead. Poor service and unpleasant people need to hired people who know how to create people and welcome them with warmth welcome. But I hope this place will be better next time. '

'This was delightful hotel, a bit quirky and out of the way, but the staff were unfailingly helpful and friendly. Our room was comfortable and food tasty. The whole place could do with a bit of TLC and the menu updated as several choices were unavailable all week. That said, for a locally owned and run hotel it’s a bit of a gem and any faults forgiven as the staff are so good. Please visit!'

'The Staff were very friendly and helpful with information about activities around the Island. The complimentary breakfast was awesome. Loved my dinner but was disappointed when they had no raw fish, no sashimi and Poke that night. The aircon was working perfectly for us. The only thing was the pool was not clean enough for my standards but otherwise we had a very pleasant stay. I would definitely stay there again. Good value for money. A special mention that Misi and Joe were extremely excellent...
