'Beautiful island views easy drive to beaches and several restaurants. Comfortable bed. Could have been a bit cleaner upon arrival. Could have used a few “how to” directions for door locks..safe not available for passports and such. However, Jeremy was available for any questions we had and was always pleasant.'

'The condo was well equipped with excellent beds and linen. The area was handy for restaurants and there was a place to park the car. We didn’t use the pool as it was not very private and overlooked the parking lot. I would suggest the owners try to deal with the residue build up on the glass shower doors as it is off-putting. And it would be nice to leave a little of the laundry detergent you want used so not to ruin the beautiful new washer and dryer. Showing us where the garbage should be put...

'Sunset Reef is fairly new with 7 suites - all with a view. The hotel management and staff are extremely helpful and eager to please. The food in the restaurant is very good. At check-in, we were greeted with frozen fruit drinks, cold towels and water, plus some fruit in the room. Lovely sunsets from the restaurant! Hotel beach is rocky and is being worked on. '

'We spent 3 weeks at Nevis Palm. Loved the house and pool. Easy stroll down to the beach. The hosts were very attentive to all of our needs. Nevis has maintained its Carribean authenticity. It has great beaches, grocery stores, restaurants and most of all friendly people. We will back next year for sure.'

'Come for the views and stay for the breezes! Super private and very comfortable villa with a lovely infinity pool and nice outdoor spaces. We loved our stay - the kitchen was very well-equipped, the beds were comfy, and we appreciated having all the games, pool toys and snorkel equipment. 'So wifey and I got back from a week in St. Kitts at Penny and Rick’s amazing villa where we spent a week celerating her birthday. It's hard to put in words how great this place is. On the East end with almost zero traffic except for the other peeps that are staying in the area. Ridiculously quiet!! First off, the pool! Arguable one of the best private pools we've enjoyed in the many Carib VRBO's weve rented on multiple islands. Very clean. A perfect temo and a view of the sea and Nevis to die...

'I spent a week in Nevis in a private home followed by a week at Park Hyatt St. Kitts in 2018 and knew I wanted to return one day with my kids and that is what we just did. I loved the area of the Hyatt/Christophe Harbor but the privacy of a home and that’s how I found Nick’s home. It is beautifully appointed inside and out. The road in is not the best and i’m glad I rented the property manager, Dwayne’s CRV for the clearance. The Government should pave that road as there are numerous million +...

'We had a wonderful week. House was well equipped, beautiful and slept 10 of us very comfortably. St. Kitts is a beautiful island and we did and saw so much. It’s very easy to get around and the people we are amazing. The only downside is that the walkable beach to the house is not regularly maintained and had a lot of seaweed. We still enjoyed it and drove a few minutes to the Caribbean beaches.'

'We love Calypso Bay Villas. This villa was wonderfully relaxing. While no one was onsite when we arrived, we appreciated the easy communication with the property manager. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon when stores were closed, so we appreciated that the host left fresh food in the fridge.'
