'Chambre propre et quand même moderne. Cependant, le restant de l’établissement a besoin d’entretien… et d’air climatisé! Aucun ascenseur donc on doit se taper les escaliers avec les bagages…'

'We were welcomed with huge smiles at the lobby and everyone was very polite. The rooms and the overall hotel were squicky clean and room was brand new/renovated. One of the comfiest beds ever too. The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast so nothing special but still tasty/acceptable. Parking area was very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel to travellers!'

'Room was decently clean. Staff were efficient at check in and out. No pool (knew that when booking.). The breakfast area was messy and the "hot" food cold; very busy, too many people packed into that small room trying to eat, so I left. The wifi connection was good. Was a decent stay for the one night only that I required it but unsure if I would return.'

'It was a beautiful property but given the weather not really able to take advantage. Restaurant food was okay. Whole experience was quite expensive for the experience.'

'A stop for one night. All was fine, they were doing some renovations so things might have been different than usual. Not a big deal for us and food to see they’re investing in the property. Breakfast was good. '

'The hotel is quite dated, and the room was damp with a noticeable musty smell. The AC and dehumidifier were very noisy, so we didn’t sleep well during our one-night stay. There were also no EV charging stations nearby, which was inconvenient for us.'

'We hadden een suite geboekt en deze was hemels. Zowel de inrichting ervan met nog een kleine studeerkamer als de uitrusting van de badkamer met bubbelbad, pure luxe! De gemeenschappelijke delen op het gelijkvloers waren ook zeer mooi ingericht, een huis met een verhaal!'

'Very clean and within walking distance of all the downtown shops, the museum, theatre, restaurants, and more. Dog-friendly (a big plus!) and located in a VERY quiet neighbourhood. Communication with the property manager, Ashley, was excellent—she was very prompt and helpful whenever I had a question. The only downside for me was the thermostat control. We prefer a cooler bedroom at night, and the thermostat controlled the entire apartment. Not a negative—just something worth noting for others...
