« There were a number of issues with this property. First it was not the property shown in the Expedia photo, nor was it in the location indicated on Expedia. Second, there was no remote control for the air conditioner unit in the main living area downstairs so it could not be turned on. Due to the extreme heat outside the two units in the upstairs bedrooms struggled to cool those rooms, and the whole unit was very uncomfortable to be in. Third, the customer service was appalling. « We stayed in Falmouth Harbor, English Harbor, and ended in Jolly Harbor. Loved the this condo! Had sailing friends that joined us a few nights for dinner, and they will definitely suggest this condo for their company. The kitchen was great! Huge! It had everything one would need to cook, which we did, and not too much that it is overflowing with junk! The beds, the laundry, the view from the upstairs bedroom...really nice. Canal living at its best...with a great bar down the road for sunsets!...

« location was hard to find as you have to use the location given in Expedia. Place was in a nice quiet location. Areas of improvement: sink water was running very very very slowly. Need sink replaced. Toilet would run more often on the second/third day and having to manually hold the stopper down was too much. WiFi was spotty which could have been due to the location. Scenery was beautiful, management was responsive and helpful. Parking is also scarce. I would book again as a 5:6:7th option for...

"Very in need of upgrades, even if just cosmetic: the exterior is beat up (leaking pipes, opened electricity panels on grounds, some outside showers in need of repair near pools, pools need to be maintened (patches) uneven pathways need to be repaved, rooms in need of a fresh up: change patio doors and furniture, repair screens for windows. Hardworking personel...a bit tired but smily. Thank you for offering some of the local food...refreshing. Local artists for entertainement is a nice touch..."

"The situation is great, the people are kind, but the level of involvement is poor, too few indication, no coffee done the morning if a guest does not push for it, no support against mosquitos. I had requested room cleaning each day and it was not followed. Global disappointment for sure."

"Un séjour qui nous a enchantés. Sans prétentions, tout est excellent sans verser dans le luxe. L‘emphase est sur le calme et la sérénité en bord de plage. Pas le bon choix pour le party. La clientèle majoritaire est composée de britanniques retraités qui viennent et y reviennent. Plages donnant sur les Caraïbes sans sargasses. Nous reviendrons ."
