Apparently, this system doesn’t always work, even after receiving the confirmation, and the staff were not very helpful in resolving the issue. You were then expected to collect the towels yourself, even though it clearly wasn’t your fault. 'Der Checkin mit Code war problemlos, das Zimmer war sauber.Badezimmer ziemlich abgewohnt und teilweise mit Schimmel in den Ecken, es gab auch weder Shampoo noch Duschgel und auch keinen Fön. Positiv zu erwähnen ist der große GratisParkplatz, in der Beschreibung war zwar angegeben, dass im selben Gebäude ein Geschäft ist, wo man u.a. auch Brot kaufen kann, dem war nicht so. Der Ort mit Geschäften ist aber in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Fenster konnte man nur nach außen kippen, wenn man wegging,...

'Hele mooie lokatie en omgeving. Heerlijke thee die de hele dag (gratis) te krijgen is. Makkelijk dichtbij de trein voor een dagje Kopenhagen. De kamer was netjes met een fijn balkon, maar wel licht gedateerd. Ontbijt was prima. Toen wij er waren, waren er veel zakelijke gasten en vergaderingen etc, dat maakt het geheel wel wat zakelijk.'

'This is a gorgeous property! We stayed for a long weekend to attend a wedding and had a fabulous time. Although our hotel room was in the older wing of the hotel, the room was in outstanding condition and spotless. The staff and the food/beverage options are also great! Highly recommend and feel like this place is a hidden gem given how remote it feels but yet how relatively close it is to CPH.'

'A shower curtain would be helpfull to prevent splashing from wetting the floor near the washing basin. It was a bit slippery.'
