'Beautiful property in SJDS . As a family of 4 with 2 kids under 10 this had everything we needed . Food is on the pricier side but one breakfast drink & item is included daily with your stay (portions were big) . Daily shuttle will take you closer to the beach as it is not walking distance. Unfortunately, some of the things advertised on their social media such as “access to a private beach” were not accessible , they could not get us a shuttle to the private beach or provide a clear follow up...

'The location of the hotel is very nice and somewhat remote. The hotel has its own private bay with beach. The sea is very wild, not wild enough to surf but dangerous to swim in! Last week someone drowned here. We spoke to a number of local people and these indicated that people drowned here regularly. The Hotel is built against a mountain, not suitable for less-abled people. There is no communal pool available. Please note when you're booking a room. We booked a room in low season without a pool...

'This was hands down the worst experience I’ve had at a property . To start when we got there we were told no outside food or drink was allowed in the property because we need to buy there food and drinks like wth I can’t bring left overs weird then walking towards the room everything was turned off and it was a ghost town water slides off infants water park off rock climbing nothing no amenities were activity or able to be used I kept walking towards the room . Getting to the room AC didn’t work...

The staff is super helpful, management is very flexible and accomodating (they worked with us so that we could have breakfast earlier than they open), the views are amazing and the place is very spacious, which is great for families with kids who like to explore and play freely outdoors. The place is spotless, the pool spotless ! The view amazing ! Breakfast incredible ! You’re a two minute walk from the beach.
