'We had a lovely stay and were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The apartment was larger than expected and very clean. The bedsheets and towels were spotless and fresh. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful and went beyond the expected to help us. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen felt newly updated and clean. The washing machine and fridge seemed new and there were refreshments free of charge when we arrived. The wifi was fast and stable. We brought our 18...

'Good location, great for visiting Kew garden. But in need of some TLC.'

'Property was comfortable and an easy walk to Kew Gardens and the train. Air conditioning was great because the weather was very hot. Nice and cool inside.'

'On the listing it shows AC, two king sized beds, and a double bed in the main area which we assumed was a sofa bed. In reality there is a queen sized bed, a full sized or double bed, and in the main area there is a couch and an air mattress that is a twin size. My husband is quite tall so he literally has to sleep scrunched up or with his feet off the mattress on any bed that is not a king sized bed and we were traveling with 5-a couple, a grandma, an uncle, and a child so we did need all three...

'Vor Anreise wurde uns ein Zimmer im 2. Stock zugewiesen.

'Great location, lovely boat, very well thought on amenities and friendly staff. Will definitely refer and return!'

'The room wasn’t very clean, the toilet brush was dirty and not cleaned after use from the previous visitors also they didn’t leave a new sponge for the dishes, this was very disappointing as we stayed here before and didn’t have this experience. The building is very noisy, as I stated we stayed here before and both times the neighbors were very noisy at unusual times very early in the morning and the middle of the night which was very disturbing. We won’t come back here again.'

'Mooi appartement. Schoon, leuke restaurants in omgeving en circa 5 minuten lopen tot metro!'

'It is a brand new place on a lively street.'

'Really enjoyed my stay at the property. Any queries I had Julia was really easy to communicate with, will definitely be booking a stay with them again!!!'
