"We stayed at the Royal National Hotel for six nights. The location is excellent, the beds are comfortable, and the staff were consistently polite and efficient. Check‑in was handled very smoothly despite multiple bookings, and we were even given our room early. Breakfast also offered plenty of choice, including a full English option. However, the stay was affected by several issues. Noise insulation is very poor — we could clearly hear people in the corridor and in neighbouring rooms. Housekeeping was inconsistent: our room wasn’t cleaned on Sunday despite the sign, and on other days it was only partially done or not done by mid‑afternoon. We also experienced a leaking toilet flush, electrical issues, and a malfunctioning safe. Although every problem was resolved quickly once reported, we had to request help daily. The hotel did offer a complimentary drink after we gave formal feedback, which we appreciated. Overall, a convenient hotel with good staff, but too many avoidable issues to rate higher. "

"Thank you for a wonderful stay! I was very impressed by the quality of the welcome we received. All the staff went out of their way to make us happy. We were able to check into our room early, and it was magnificent, located on the top floor of the hotel. I wasn't expecting such a spacious, modern, and beautiful room. I contacted the hotel several times via WhatsApp and the website to get information and report a few issues, and I always received a quick response. When the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night by mistake, we were quickly informed of this by text message, which was much appreciated. I would like to thank the hotel once again, especially Lisa, who was professional and very kind throughout my stay. I will recommend this hotel and will gladly stay there again! "

The location is also hard to beat: 1 min away from High Street Kensington, which is both a station on the circle and district lines, and a street full of good restaurants (Yashin is pretty top notch) "
