'I recently stayed one night at Hotel Eldorado at Eldorado Resort Kelowna, and unfortunately the experience fell far below expectations. 'The resort itself was beautiful and the staff for the most part were amazing. They provide feee treats in the evening and very relaxed and helpful. We had a dog and although very accommodating we were not able to eat on the patio because of surrounding wildfires which we understood but literally all the other restaurants including one 5 mins walk away had their patio open so that was frustrating.
