'Excellent location, pool and beach area, large rooms with kitchenette, comfy beds, good dinner and entertainment. Our issues were: 1. The AC fan was very noisy and seemed to stop and start every 15 mins through the night. Could hear it with ear plugs. 2. The alarm clock went off at 6am. 'The rooms were clean, the breakfast options although limited, were sufficient. Staff were friendly. And they offer cookies at the reception area! A treat for those who need a little perk me up.'

'One of few real luxury vacation hotel in Okanagan and Osoyoos area. Highly recommend.'

'Stag was very friendly and helpful. Wish the hotel would have mentioned that the boardwalk was closed and not able to be used, that is an important part of the hotel area. Our room was nice however needs some updating. The AC was so loud at night and had such a humm, we had to turn off.'

'We stay at the Watermark a couple times every year , great place our only comment would be the rooms need blackout curtains in the bedrooms, oh and maybe an ice machine near the south elevator?'

'Arrival and check in went smooth with pre-check in texts. Room was clean, with hot tub area clean and enjoyable. Breakfast selection was average, with scrambled eggs and sausage. Adding a potato choice and hot sauce would add to this service. Overall, very happy with our stay and plan to stay next time in kelowna.'

'Very run down property. Didn’t have even basic amenities like an iron or ironing board, and staff were not helpful in getting one. Seems they only have one in the whole place. That they dare to charge what others are charging is unbelievable. The pictures don’t really match what the place looks like or feels like. Air conditioning is loud, the carpets are old and not very clean, the room was not very clean. The so-called breakfast consisted of just cereal. Avoid!!'
