'We booked for my mother in laws 91st birthday and will probably book a different hotel next time. The 5 pm check in time is ridiculous. We live in town and get a hotel a couple times a year in town. We booked watermark and asked for an early check in. We were told twice it shouldn’t be a big deal as it’s still slow season. We showed up at 3 and were told the room wasn’t ready but they will get right on it. We left and picked up MIL and came back about an hour later and it still wasn’t ready. We...

'Stayed a few nights. Great value. However, this place has seen better days. Once was a top place. Pub is closed, beer store was almost empty (stock), everything is old and dated. Location is great and the room was satisfactory for getting some rest.'

'This hotel was difficult to find. Not what you need after a full day of travel…it needs better signage and to be updated on Google Maps, as it takes you to the dealership behind the hotel. It is tucked in and very well hidden. The parking is at the motel across from the hotel but we had no trouble finding a spot. Once you find it though, the hotel is a very nice. Everything looks new and very clean. The staff was great! '

'The hotel was cute and fun, unfortunately both nights people were loud past 1am. The first night it went on until 8am and the second night we called the front about 1:30am but for some reason they weren’t able to find the source and it went on until 3am the second night. '

'Staff were very friendly & accommodating. The front lobby could do with a little upgrading to live up to the hotel’s “prestigious” name. That said, my room was immaculate & beautiful!! I am very particular, some say highly critical about hotel rooms yet I thoroughly enjoyed my time, felt very comfortable & pampered. The location is also great. I’ll absolutely be back!'

'Pros-Breakfast buffet included. Nothing fancy but hit the spot. Check-in was fast and courteous. Room was clean and roomy. Close to airport. Cons-Room faced road and traffic was louder than expected. Beds are comfy but on a metal base that’s as wide as the bed. Kept stubbing toes on frame. Also very loud.'
