'Great hotel to stay!!'

'We stayed in room 304. About every 30-40 minutes a compressor or something comes on and runs for about 10 minutes. It is anoying loud and makes it difficult to rest for light sleepers;'

'Clean room and smells good.'

'Top schone hotel , lekker ontbijt. Lief personeel'

'Great Location! Easy to walk to restaurants, shops etc.'

'The room had some issues with the TV and the staff tried to solve them but could not. They were VERY SHORT STAFFED everywhere and that affected our experience. The restaurants, particularly the restaurant at the pub, Sonora Dunes, was terrible. Both times we went there they messed up our orders. The service was dismal. The waitress, completely ignored us so rectifying anything took a lot of time. They ran out of food, getting served at all was challenging. Basically it was very expensive...

'Beautiful property. Good location.'

'Exceptional location. Very clean. Staff was very friendly'

Daarnaast...

'The hotel itself is great but the staff was really the stand up point. This is where I stayed after my wedding and they were incredible and we are very thankful to them for helping create a great night.'

'Pool and hot tub where out of Order and apparently have been for a year but the site showed the pool, the shower did not work, the lever was busted off, room are very musty and moldy smelling, rooms where very loud could hear everyone around us all night long, staff have not returned my emails and did not help address our concerns, very disappointing hotel'

'Veel lawaai'

'The hotel is newer, very clean! Modern design and decor. Only one elevator, with having the breakfast on the 5th floor it ties it up during the early morning. The view from the 5th floor is very nice Parking lot is very tight.'

'very good location and amenities'

'Bed linens were clean and the bed and pillows comfortable. Heard some noise from above suite the first night otherwise was quiet. Spent some time in the pool and it was clean, had towels for our use. I would stay there again.'
