'I recently stayed one night at Hotel Eldorado at Eldorado Resort Kelowna, and unfortunately the experience fell far below expectations. 'Value for the price was my biggest issue. $540/night for what was a basic double queen hotel room. Pools were ok, private beach was not. I would have thought the lake bottom would have been cleared of rocks and debris so swimmers could actually go in? It was not really swimmable. Our neighbours were loud wedding guests where the “f” word was used as a noun, verb, adverb and pronoun, very classy at 11pm. $35 entree at the one restaurant overdid the chicken quite badly. Parking is horrible!...

'The Watermark property is so well located. Beautiful lake and mountain views and steps until you are on a beach. The town grocery store is a couple minute walk as well. The grounds are very nice and well kept. Pool was a great temperature and clean. The townhouse was spacious for 2 couples and well equipped to have dinner in. One additional bonus was designated parking for the unit. Highly recommend the Watermark property and the Osoyoos Region.'
