'Room location was noisy. Room had no hand soap in bathroom. Front desk sent house keeping promply with bottle. The room was spacious and had kitchen area so could buy and prepare food in room. Daughter tried to report that the wash room that had a changing table did not have hand soap. Front desk told her to go to other washroom. That was not the point of her reporting no hand soap. 'Stay was fine. Our 2 king room By the pool was good. Beds comfortable but shower was full of black mold. Continental breakfast was the same every day. Bonus, they had gluten free bread. Courtyard was well taken care of. Nice to chill and have a glass of wine after exploring beautiful Kelowna.'

'Property is old. The air conditioning unit right outside our bedroom was very loud. The kitchen was not well stocked. Our unit could hold 7 people but had a tiny keurig machine. They could not find us a coffee pot. The knives could not cut anything. The blinds in the bedroom were broken. The service at the pool was very slow. 'We had a great stay! The staff were friendly, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. One suggestion would be to add a ramp for guests with heavy luggage or mobility needs, since there isn’t an elevator. It would also be nice to have a separate dining area for breakfast, as it’s currently served near the check-in entrance, which can get a bit busy.
