'Air conditioner didn't work & hotel gave no compensation other than an offer of points towards future stays, tiles were detaching from the shower wall and silicone patch job on another section of tile (i.e. rather than fixing the tile properly), toilet had brown dirt/build up in the bowl, & window didn't lock at all. I'll definitely pay more to stay elsewhere next time. Also, there is no wheelchair access for entering the hotel and there's no elevator.'
