The food was great and the hospitality of the family who had their reunion to make my Mom's birthday special was something we'll cherish for a long time! The cabin was very clean and quiet. The location was perfect to travel into Fredericksburg Tx. I turned it into a mini quick 4th of July celebration. Definitely do recommend.'

'I absolutely loved the cleanliness of this property , the cabin we stayed had a beautiful view , the hostess was really helpful and made us feel at home , will be booking again before summers end for sure ! With more time to explore the local restaurants our children love garner state parks its only 8 to 9 miles away from this location .'

'Really quite place to relax only problem is at night it really hard to pin point what drive way to turn to caues it so dark really needs lighting out there we did notice some stringing of light on the gat but by the time u see them u have to turn around and we were sad we didn't see any hummingbird we loved drinking coffee and seeing them last time we visited '

'Cabin was very clean, was more than enough room for me and my 3 friends (4 people total). Beds were comfy, close proximity to activities in the area, check in and out were smooth, host kept in touch, and much more positives. Would definitely buy again. '

'Cozy is the perfect name! This cabin is just right for two. The bed is super comfy! We enjoyed sitting on the deck, playing corn hole, and making s’mores around the propane fire pit. The property is less than 20 minutes from Garner, so you’re close enough to all the hiking, swimming, and fun without having your neighbors fifteen feet away. It was lovely to come back to a quiet, private space after a full day at the park!'

'Not terrible. We basically only slept there. The house was pretty much as shown in the pictures. Not to happy about the yard, it was VERY over grown and tall making it to where we couldnt/didnt want to use the outdoor area. Also upon arrival the floor in the house was very sandy and had pet hair around, i had to sweep before bringing our belongings in. The remote to the tv was also missing. Also someone came to the house while we were gone and turned on the outdoor lights and i couldnt find the...
