'Very good hotel.Super pool although hand rails would help. Sunbeds with towels available, static shades could be improved. Good breakfast. V.good Sri Lankan buffet lunch at reasonable price but get there before the coach parties arrive! Evening meals have moved from the pleasant open area to an all armchair restaurant which we didn't find very comfortable for eating. Our room was good but the extra bed did limit the space available. Very pleasant terrace to the room. We enjoyed bird watching...

'Excellent location to view the elephants in the river at good price. Staff were very attentive, nice pool and great breakfast. 4pm checkin was a bit of a pain, but we understand the reason why. 12pm checkout means you get see the elephants the next morning.'

'This property does not take reservations through Expedia. I was charged by Expedia but there was no reservation. I had to pay out of pocket and will now dispute the charges with my bank when I return to Canada.'

'Wonderful place delightful people it’s simply impossible to do any better'

'Breathtaking views, friendly staff, nice food.... highly recommend this place. 3-night stay was not enough. We will come back. '

'設備の古さが隠せない。 朝食の質は少し改善が必要です。 もっと宿泊施設としての企業努力が必要である。'

'An extraordinary place with a long history, a real gem in this area, not to be missed! '
