'The bed was hard as a rock, there were many weird stains on the pillow cases and the tub. The pillows were extremely flimsy and flat and there were many patch holes in the wall.'

'The hotel needs a major renovation. In our shower the whole ceiling was mold covered. The water had a terrible smell and all drains have mold and mildew. The common areas were clean but could tell major upkeep and deep cleans need to take place. For an early check in they wanted almost 50% of a nightly stay just for a few hours early. They had a strict rule on 3 towels per room when we had 4 people total.'

The carpet in the rooms were sticky, there were no vents in the bathrooms so they were always damp and all of the linens on the beds felt damp with the air conditioner on. We had other family staying at the hotel as well and they said the pool area was gross, we didn’t even go in there. The breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast.'

I asked if they could be brought to the room and the gentleman was nice enough to bring them. Then, we realized that the room had no hand soap and no body wash.
